Old Outhouse

Once when we were camping out
I didn’t feel so good
And then I spied an outhouse
Hidden deep in the woods

I went to that old outhouse
While the children played outside
They were catching gophers
“I got him,” one of them cried

I was trying to get comfortable
On that rough old wooden seat
When I looked down that gopher
Was right under my feet

I yelled and lifted my legs
As high as I possibly could
He took two laps around the seat
And disappeared in the wood

I thought I had a problem
When I went to that john
I came out feeling better
My constipation was gone
