I hadn’t gotten Dad a gift
For Father’s Day, you know
I was feeling guilty
As guilty as could be
I got the home town paper a
And what should I see
But a picture of my Father
Staring back at me
I don’t know whose idea, it was
Or how it came to be
The photographer from my hometown
Must have had E.S.P.
