My Hobby

Eatings, my favorite hobby
It’s my relaxation and my sport
And I get loads of exercise
Just lifting up my fork

I know some people eat to live
But I’m just not that kind
Thinking of food for that next meal
Give me such peace of mind

I hop into bed at half-past ten
And as soon as I’m in the sack
I’m off in a dream to the grocery store
And the treasure I’ll be bringing back

Ice cream, omelets and pizzas float by
And that beautiful counter of meat
I know it’s crime to have dreams like mine
But I just love living to eat
